Frequently Asked Questions

Where will the celebration take place?

Our ceremony and reception will both be held at Bellinter House Hotel & Spa in Navan, County Meath, Ireland.

Is there accommodation on-site? Will there be room blocks and when can we book?

Yes! Bellinter House is a full-service hotel with over 100 rooms. Booking details will be shared with the formal invitation.

Are children invited?

Our wedding will be adults-only, with the exception of our immediate family. Childcare will not be provided. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a guest?

Our celebration will be intimate, so we can only accommodate those named on your invitation. If you've been given a plus-one, you'll be able to add them when you RSVP.

What is the dress code?

Formal Attire. For a garden summer setting, we’d love to see dresses in brighter colors and florals, and full suits in any shade. We kindly ask that you avoid white dresses and outfits. The ceremony may be on the lawn, so chunkier heels and a light layer for the evening should be considered.

Will food be served at the Night Before?

Our nightcap gathering will be drinks-only. We recommend making a dinner reservation at Preston’s, Bellinter’s on-site restaurant, or exploring nearby restaurants in Trim to dine beforehand.

Where are the Farewell Pints, and how do I get there?

Our Farewell Pints gathering will be held at a pub in Malahide, County Dublin, about a 45-minute drive from Bellinter, and about a 30-minute drive from Dublin City. We will be sharing hotel recommendations in Malahide with the formal invitation.

When will the full itinerary be available?

The full itinerary, including ceremony timing, will be shared with the formal invitation. So stay tuned!

Want to book your flight early?

If traveling internaitonally, we reccomend flying into Dublin International Airport. Car rentals and other methods of transportation will be available for booking at the airport.

Do you have recommendations for things to do in the area or around Ireland?

Absolutely! We'll be putting together a short guide for local tourism around our venue in County Meath, Dublin City, and recommendations for international guests who want to explore more of Ireland.
